As an Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), I work with individuals across a broad spectrum—from youth athletes to older adults—supporting performance, health, & longevity at every stage of life.

My scope of practice & experience includes helping individuals improve their health & fitness, to those rehabilitating from injury, surgery, or illness.

Whether your goal is to move pain-free, to support your endurance training, or to manage osteoporosis, I tailor each program to support where you are & where you want to go.

With individualized programming & tailored cuing you will:

  • understand how to modify exercises for your body

  • finesse your movement patterns (ie. exercises)

  • As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) I work with a large scope of individuals including those seeking to improve or maintain their health & fitness, as well as those living with high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis & more.

    This certification highlights my understanding of how exercise influences the body both in the presence & absence of chronic disease. As such, I provide exercise prescription to help you live each day with ease, improve performance, prevent & manage many common conditions.

  • As a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS), I design evidence-based strength & conditioning programs for individuals seeking to improve their performance in their chosen sport or in everyday life.

  • My training within Mat & Reformer Pilates helped me to develop a deep understanding of core activation, breathing & proper alignment during movement.

    With my keen eye for detail I will help you to develop greater body awareness, build strength, & understand correct alignment throughout a variety of movements.

  • As a Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist I understand the benefits of exercise from preconception, throughout pregnancy & into the postpartum period.

    This specialization provided me with awareness of potential complications that may arise throughout this journey & how to modify an exercise program accordingly.
